  First time stopping in the drive thru. The customer service was enough that I wont return, also the food was cold.

  Hello guys first off I wanted to experience how happy I was about my experience at this place me and my two friends came into this place todat and expecting my friend buys a smoothie if get mine for free as the app said I had this wonderful w gentleman help me today he was blonde and believe his name is Caden T as it says on my receipt as a newcomer to this place I asked him what was his favorite smoothie he told me a sunrise smoothie and I was glad to try it we were talking very casual and the app for some reason wasn’t ringing up my free drink and his manager was honestly not the politeness he would try to get hep from his manger and he couldn’t be bothered to help honestly which I’ll say that didn’t stop the poor drive thru guy who was looking heartbroken the app wasn’t working so after 10 minutes the dude asked me if he could pay for my drink whoch ofc I said yes only if u want to and he seemed very happy he could help me and my situation out but after he said that the manager had a nasty look on him like omg I gotta make this girl a drink now great I’m very very thankful for this wonderful cashier I had today but am a little disappointed on the situation with the manager atleast I can leave this review and express there is some kind people in this world

  Okay, I think it's just an all out personal attack on me at this point from Tropical Smoothie. Okay whatever I've done to you I sincerely apologize. I've been to three locations trying to switch it up a bit and give other locations a break from me because I know that I've become the "Jared" of Tropical Smoothie because I'm there almost everyday trying a new diet....😂...But it seems that none of the these locations I've been to either don't want my business, just doesn't love me or it's an all out plot now...😂😂....but it's ok though I got the hint.....😂😂...I ordered the spinach and Feta wrap at the Owasso location (which was my first time visiting) and instead was given a Tomato and Egg Wrap with a touch of Black "Bean" as a garnish as seen in the photo with a ton of mozzarella cheese....lol... Granted it was a lunch rush which I definitely understand but it's hard to give a pass when you've waited for over 20 minutes, patiently for your food when you know that your lunch break is pretty much over at this point, then you ordered through the app in advance plus the order was a SPINACH AND FETA wrap which it clearly states on the menu AND on the receipt that is placed on the order. I would have thought that I would have at LEAST got the spinach since it is a spinach AND feta wrap but I got NONE of that..WOW
