I've been to three locations trying to switch it up a bit and give other locations a break from me because I know that I've become the "Jared" of Tropical Smoothie because I'm there almost everyday trying a new diet....😂...But it seems that none of the these locations I've been to either don't want my business, just doesn't love me or it's an all out plot now...😂😂....but it's ok though I got the hint.....😂😂...I ordered the spinach and Feta wrap at the Owasso location (which was my first time visiting) and instead was given a Tomato and Egg Wrap with a touch of Black "Bean" as a garnish as seen in the photo with a ton of mozzarella cheese....lol... Granted it was a lunch rush which I definitely understand but it's hard to give a pass when you've waited for over 20 minutes, patiently for your food when you know that your lunch break is pretty much over at this point, then you ordered through the app in advance plus the order was a SPINACH AND FETA wrap which it clearly states on the menu AND on the receipt that is placed on the order. I would have thought that I would have at LEAST got the spinach since it is a spinach AND feta wrap but I got NONE of that..WOW

Little kid help us never said how much it was never said hello or how are you or never told us have a nice day or anything where is the good service at working there ? Kid look hangover straight face. I had to ask for my receipt to see how much he charges me.
