Horrible customer service. I made a mobile order and was waiting in the store for them to finish my sandwiches. Other people walked in and instead of finishing my order, they put my food aside and started the walk-in’s’ order. I was told I would have to wait. My order was not completed when it said it would be. Very very poor customer service on top of the ridiculous wait time! I will Never order here again!!

If possible I would have left negative 5 stars my family and I arrived at 9:15 to get sandwiches and there was 2 employees a guy and a young girl the girl made our sandwiches and had attitude from the minute we walked in and anyone else who walked in was greeted with a welcome in with, full annoyance I get it, it has been along day she could of been tired we all have those kind of days but everytime she said anything or asked what we wanted on our sandwiches was straight attitude I had to walk out and let my husband come in and finish the order I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS SUBWAY AGAIN NO WONDER IT HAS SUCH A LOW REVIEW

When the employees are being so loud that I can’t even hear the person taking my order, something’s wrong. Worst subway ever, I’d rather drive 20 miles out of my way. On top of all that they wouldn’t even let me switch out a condiment for something else, nor did they decided to have sweet tea on the shelf, but they for sure will have 6 employees talking in the front!

Every single time I go there, there is something wrong with my order and no one seems to care. I’ve given this location enough chances and I’m just over it. Don’t bother ordering extra meat or guacamole because you won’t get it.

Absolutely the worst customer service. I called in because they made a chicken bacon ranch sandwich with what looked like tuna and tasted absolutely disgusting. The EMPLOYEE on the phone stated there was no manager on duty and continued to argue with me. After I said I’m not going to argue with an employee I need the manager to call me back he abruptly hung up on me.
