You truly need more people like him. Ren, the manager, has made a huge positive change at this Subway®. I stopped coming here for a couple of years because it was a horrible experience, but since Ren took over—and with Raymond working there—this place has completely turned around. They make an amazing team. Keep up the great work, Raymond and Ren! You’ve both done a fantastic job at this Subway®

Erin was working her butt off trying to complete the drive through order, online orders, and me. While her coworker (not wearing name tag) walked around the store acting like she was looking for something that wasn’t there. She then disappeared from the floor and refused to help Erin. Didn’t even ask if she could help in any way when she saw her struggling and customers waiting. When she finally came back she stood there acting like she didn’t know how to do her job. Completely unhelpful. However, Erin was amazing, kind, and polite no matter what.
