Erin was working her butt off trying to complete the drive through order, online orders, and me. While her coworker (not wearing name tag) walked around the store acting like she was looking for something that wasn’t there. She then disappeared from the floor and refused to help Erin. Didn’t even ask if she could help in any way when she saw her struggling and customers waiting. When she finally came back she stood there acting like she didn’t know how to do her job. Completely unhelpful. However, Erin was amazing, kind, and polite no matter what.

I felt bad for her because she there was no help to be there. If Subway doesn’t care about their employees they should shut down this girl deserves a raise.
