Stopped by for dinner last night, placed order, waited 20 minutes before it was brought out, only to find that it was only half what I ordered and wrong. Contacted management to have it corrected, waited another 20 minutes and it still was not made correctly. So I waisted $25 and 1 1/2 hours of my evening.

Worst customer service,
I made a mobile order and asked for an extra cup to split a slushies between my daughter and my niece, so I just asked for an extra cup & she rolled her eyes walked away very dramatically said “ UGH” very weird. She came back with the cup with no lid or straw…. So I asked for a lid & a straw she came back very rudely said “ you can order it on the app” I replied “ you didn’t have to be rude to me” and she walked away & THEN her and her coworker sat at the window as I drove off laughing & waving at me… over me asking for an extra cup… that definitely wasn’t called for and very immature especially over nothing.

Ask for a refund they wouldn't give it said to go online to get we will never got to this sonic again poorly customer service if I couldn't give no stars i would very disrespectful people
