  Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to hands down. Horrible wait time and didn’t see anyone with gloves on. Highly recommend you avoid this place at all costs.

  If only zero stars was an option. I came here to place an order for myself and pick up an order for a coworker that wasn’t able to leave work. I gave them her name, the code that it said to give to the employees and they refused to give me her order and said I physically needed to have her phone with me which if that’s the case, fine but I don’t know how many times I have sent my husband or someone else to McDonald’s to get my food with a code, and there was never an issue. If that’s a rule, it needs to be universal across all McDonald’s. Not only was this a huge problem for no reason, everyone I spoke to and my coworker (she had to go up there because their phone wasn’t working and she couldn’t receive a refund without actually going up there) spoke to was extremely rude and not helpful. From the looks of other reviews, seems like upper management needs to do some serious reflecting when it comes to their team and the people they hire.

  The mobile app order was erroneously canceled after waiting 6 minutes at curbside. I went inside and couldn't get a human to acknowledge I was at the counter. So I went through the drive thru. I was helped there but the Mickey Ds jargon about why i didnt get my order before was more than I needed to know and the amount of time it took to get my order in total was over 20 minutes. Disappointing.
