We decided to give it another chance today and ordered two small hot chocolates, hash browns, and the munchin wicked box (which is super cute, I'll give them that). We were in the drive thru for over 20 minutes until I finally went inside to see what was happening. I never received an apology, just "it's just us two today" but there were only two other people in the store that had already received their items. Lastly, our hot chocolates were practically warm water. They need to get some new management and workers or something. The store is not busy so there isn't a reason things need to take so long at a quick stop breakfast shop.
