    Me and my wife stop by for the first time a bowl dinner and employee name Jamison was a great guy ,he answered every question i asked with smile and offered other options ,food was great ,and surprisingly I was stuffed and full with bowl dinner ,))) thank you Jamison

    Me and my daughter(dressed as the Grinch for Grinch day at school) visited Cava for the first time today and had the best experience ever! Staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was perfect! Highly recommend! The tall skinny guy that served us was amazing!

    Shout out to Zaieda!! My mom stopped by around 8:30pm after working since 4am nonstop. She was exhausted after such a long day and just wanted a quick dinner. Zaieda noticed how tired she was and showed her so much kindness and care. Such an amazing worker! My mom was so excited she texted us right away. Thank you, Zaieda, for truly looking out for and caring about your customers—especially during the holidays ❤️

    I love this place! They are all so friendly, and kind. Love the healthy options. Quick and easy to pick your bowls. One day that stood out to me, I had one of the worst days of my life, and when to the register to pay. The girl behind the counter said, “Don’t worry about it. This one’s on us!” She had no clue the day I had, but her kindness changed my outlook for the rest of the night. Thank you for coming to owasso, Oklahoma. Thank you for bringing healthy options, and thank you for carefully picking your kind and caring staff!
