On our first visit we did dine in, and when we received our food it was burnt and dry and when we asked our server (who was amazing by the way) who fried the chicken she said the kitchen person in charge was a man named Cole. And then when we asked for more ranches from the girl who dropped off our food (tall Latina, short hair) she gave us a side eye which is completely unacceptable as an ex bww server, and just walked away to go retrieve our ranches. And then on the second occasion we decided to do takeout instead and the lady at the cashier, Ailany was giving an attitude the whole time and when I walked in I waited 5 minutes before she popped out the pos since it looked like she was vaping. Overall this was a bad experience and I won't be back soon anytime.
