  My first time eating BWW and I'm happy to say i'm definitely going back. Food was great service was super friendly. Ty to my waitress Billy who was not only very pretty and sweet but kindly helped me decide what to order and I was not disappointed. Place was clean and quiet for a bar like type atmosphere. Definitely recommend trying BWW in Owasso out. Thank you

  (Gave our food to someone else and then gave it back to us without remaking it and it was cold) We are at BWW at 3:30 so it’s not busy at all, there were only two other tables in our section and it was the two tables behind us. We ordered the ultimate sampler. A lady comes from the back with a tray full of food and asked if we had a burger with no bun and we said no and she went to the table behind us. My husband said to me “I think that sampler on the tray was ours.” So she gave the table the trays and then after a few minutes they said that the tray wasn’t theirs. She took it to the back. Just a few minutes later they bring us our food. And it didn’t get remade as it should have and it was cold.

  First time ordering to go from here, and all our sauces were wrong. Our kids mac and cheese was cold, like they forgot to microwave it. We went back to get correct sauces and it was messed up again. We will probably not be coming here again. Also I will not be going to your website to fill out a form

  Overall the service was great, not so much can be said about the food. I usually don't write reviews but after a couple visits I feel like it is necessary. On our first visit we did dine in, and when we received our food it was burnt and dry and when we asked our server (who was amazing by the way) who fried the chicken she said the kitchen person in charge was a man named Cole. And then when we asked for more ranches from the girl who dropped off our food (tall Latina, short hair) she gave us a side eye which is completely unacceptable as an ex bww server, and just walked away to go retrieve our ranches. And then on the second occasion we decided to do takeout instead and the lady at the cashier, Ailany was giving an attitude the whole time and when I walked in I waited 5 minutes before she popped out the pos since it looked like she was vaping. Overall this was a bad experience and I won't be back soon anytime.
