  The lime aids have gotten slack in the lime department! They used to have real limes in them and tasted like a limeade but now they taste like Sprite with a little bit of lime juice!

  We ordered sonic blasts and had some hot fudge add ons, they never added the hot fudge nor did they even bother to mix the shake. I know its silly to complain about something so trivial, but I mean it cost us almost $7 per. Very disappointing, and it happens every time we order something.

  I hate to say it but oologah sonic hands down the absolute worst sonic in oklahoma. Previous manager would just sit outside and stare at you all day and night would not help inside. The current management i dont even know if they're actually there most the time cause the kids working laugh and snicker at you when youre ordering they're rude and have attitudes they dont say welcome to sonic they just say "what do you want." They ask you if every order is yours as if they dont care to even read the ticket or what stall its ordered at. The food is cooked and definitely set to the side your food comes out cold and looking like you got someone's order they forgot about. Definitely will not ever go back to sonic in oologah ill go to Collinsville or even nowata if I ever feel like sonic again. Free food from oologah sonic wouldn't even be worth the drive up there. Go somewhere the employees actually act like they're happy to help you cause they're getting paid. Oologah sonic needs to be shut down honestly. Not a single time has my order ever come out 100% correct i always have to have something in the order corrected.

  What I enjoyed most at the sonic in Oologah, OK was that even though the young man couldn't hear me on the speaker he decided to come right out to the vehicle with a notepad to grab the order! I ordered a sonic cheeseburger meal and was hoping to get a replacement shake for my drink. Paid about 6.00 for a shake that was actually just liquid!!! I was upset that they would even serve it like that. I'd love another opportunity to get a corrected shake if possible. I will share video of my shake. People do make mistakes, we are human. Best practice I've learned, is ask your costumers, "is everything okay" so many miss communications solved. Have a great tasty snack only at your local sonic!
