  Do yourself the favor and GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION. I have tried this location 2 times now and EVERY SINGLE time it’s worst than the time before. They do not care! I don’t know if that’s because of it being a night crew but they will give you COLD, GREASY AND HARD FOOD. Then wanna be hateful and rude when wanting new food….. food you paid for at that. !!!

  Sorry I was just disappointed. Tried the chicken sandwich, dry they don't have mayonnaise, bun was dry as well. Wings were ok. Grandkids wanted to go, so sucked it up forthem.

  The food and environment where really good but a little sketchy of an environment the people working behind the counter where terrible it took 10m for them to realize I was there because they where jacking around in the kitchen don't recommend this place just go to another

  We ordered our food over the phone Friday 02/26 and went to pick it up around 6:10. When i when we got home with the order, it was completely wrong. We called within 20 minutes and talked to the store manager Zach, we were offered a replacement or a refund. We chose the refund because it takes us 20 minutes to get to the store/back. He said he would do process the refund before they closed as "it was too busy right then to do it". We called back today and talked to the manager who was on Melissa and she said that there is no record of my order and in order to get a refund we needed to bring our receipt to the store. When we explained that we already gotten the confirmation from Zach that he would process the refund, she told me that he had no record of the conversation and no order in the system. We explained this to her multiple times and she just kept saying there is nothing else i can do. We asked for the corporate number and she said i can look it up on google and refused to provide it. When we asked how from Friday to Monday this order has disappeared and conversation forgotten she said "i provided you all the information that you need " and proceeded to hang up on me. The worst customer service, unprofessional and rude manager. Our order completely wrong and they are not willing to make it right after they already agreed to. Clearly employing a bunch of liars and do not care about the customers. Will not ever be coming back to this location.
