  I’ve been here many times through the drive up and never had to wait so long. The manager finally after (at least 10 minutes) came to window to explain an issue. They did throw in an extra hash brown and did apologized.

  Jonathan is a horrible manager, he'd rather flirt with the employees than make sure he's not letting pink hamburger meat be served, then I called to tell him he said bring it back so he can see it as if i was lying so ill post the picture here so he can see it and show Gary Stevenson what kind of burger he's allowing to be served because he'd rather flirt with employees asking them how old they are and then asking them to guess how old he is. Next time lose your smart aleck attitude when someone calls to complain Jonathan if thats his name they said John at first then Jonathan, all this could've been avoided if you payed as much attention to the greasy pink meat being served as you where the other employees and it was super greasy i had to wipe it off with a napkin then it grossed me out, I was very hungry but now im not my stomach hurt and have a headache. 3-31-26 10pm

  Whataburger has been my go to burger for a long time. However…. The last 3 times i have been to this location my burger has been very dry and even burned this time. Terrible. Disappointing. I even think it was probably left over from lunch. That’s how bad it was. .

  The young man who took our order this morning (9:42am) was extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Food came out fast and hot and the young man that took our order also brought it out to us. I didn't catch his name because he was wearing a jacket that covered his name tag.

  Im sorry but this whataburger is the worst food is never HOT always COLD and they tried to short change me then after waiting almost 10min for my food he hands me my DRINKS and some NAPKINS and tells me to wipe the cup it overflowed REALLY you hand me cup with soda all over them and tell me to clean up your mess then tell me to pull forward after sitting there 10 min oh no I wont REFUND my order and we went to canes where it was very pleasent
