  Great service at the new location off of Waterloo Road. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant is very clean (even the restaurant rooms). I especially appreciate the smile and courteous employee Aaliyah. She was exceptional and professional, she deserves a raise ❤️.

  This man was VERY rude. He pulls me ahead and I wait on my order after 10 people behind me got there order first. I go inside and he proceeds to tell his co worker why can’t they just cancel DoorDash because it holds them up. He then proceeds to slam my ticket on the counter and say “ HERE”, I will never come here again. And I never experienced such poor customer service in my life. RIDICULOUS. DO BETTER WENDYS.

  Came in with my family. We were the only customers and we waited 10min before the employees noticed we were there. I asked the team member taking drive thru orders and asked if we should just go through the drive through, she said yes.

  First time trying the Frosty with flavors and added pieces. I tried the Caramel Crunch Vanilla Frosty and the wife got the Thin Mint Vanilla Frosty. Mine had plenty of micro toffee pieces but absolutely zero Carmel in it and I asked for extra Carmel. She had a small portion of thin mints in hers but nothing past the top third of it. Very disappointed in the flavored Frosty. Don’t be fooled by the picture on the website or menu board.

  Expect long waits, no drink carriers if you're in the Drive-Thru, and for them to be out of many different soda types all at once.
