I was here picking up two delivery orders during dinner hours on March 31, 2026 and as I was waiting, I was looking around, and saw that on the Frosty section of the menu board they had put what appeared to be permanent stickers over all of the Frosty offerings that read "THIS ITEM IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE". I found that quite interesting, and it prompted me to pull up the restaurant's Google reviews while I waited, and sure enough, there were many reviews, from at least a month ago, maybe it's been going on even longer than that, with complaints of no Frosty availability. The permanence of the stickers on the menu board, and the age of the reviews about this, led me to believe that the owner-operator of this store has zero intention of fixing the Frosty machine, and this will just forever be a Wendy's that doesn't have Frostys. This is nuts, but isn't the only thing that prompted me to write a review. What prompted me to write a review was that, after patiently waiting for a large delivery order, the young man let me know that they don't have drink carriers at all, so I needed to figure out how to transport and handle all of these massive drinks (which were also overfilled and leaking), in addition to all of the individual paper bags that the staff apparently didn't see fit to like, put in a larger plastic bag for my ease. It was just completely ridiculous. I hear news stories all the time about how Wendy's sales are collapsing, and stores are closing left and right. Even before this experience I can't recall the last time I had a positive experience at a Wendy's, either as a customer or as a deliveryperson. Whoever runs this place clearly doesn't care if the staff have what they need to do their jobs (drink carriers at an absolute minimum, especially for a location that has voluntarily partnered with delivery apps!), or if the staff bear the brunt of his/her apparent refusal to fix the damn Frosty machine. What a mess!

Inside already closed at 830 pm. Frosty machine broken. A Wendy's store should not be allowed to be open to the public if they dont have operational frostys the whole reason Wendy's exists is to sell frostys. With a broken frosty machine i dont know if you can even legally call yourself a Wendy's at that point.

We have been to this location a few times and have had issues everytime. This last time I made an online order which went through taking my payment and giving me an order number. My wife got to the store and staff told her they never received the order and said I would have to cancel it through the app. I canceled the order and the staff simply did not care. There was no offer to take our order or any attempt to make it right. I completely understand that things happen! I would avoid this location!!
I contacted customer support through chat and they didn't even address the issue of bad customer service. They just gave a $5 credit for my next order and said, "have a nice day". I just wish people cared a little...
