I asked for 2 buffalo chicken wraps and the staff member came back with monsoon something, I corrected her then I ordered the Caesar chicken wrap and when I was handed my order it had a salad. When I finally got someones attention and explained i ordered a wrap, not a salad, the staff member rudely said ok and shut the window in my face...never apologized, was just plain rude....this is the second time in 2 weeks the same staff member at drive thru has been rude to my family...to the point that I'm leery of my food being made as requested (Pomogrante Plunge made with honey instead of sugar, add energizer) which dietarily can cause me medical issues. The store was not overly busy for 3pmon a Saturday. There was no reason for her to have such a rude attitude or act impatient with me.
