  Took my nephews here last weekend. I had a gift card, along with a bonus $25 gift card from a promo they had around the holidays. When it was time to settle up the bill, I presented both cards. The regular gift card was used, however I was told the other code was basically a coupon and would have had to be applied at the beginning of our time there. Everything I see says it is a gift card, nowhere does it state that it needs to be presented from the beginning. I've filled out a request online to be contacted, it was updated five or six days ago saying I'd be contacted, but haven't heard a thing yet. Based on this experience, I now have a gift card I'm not sure I want to go back and use at this point.

  First server was helpful, but had to switch because of shift change. We were stuck with server that just seemed rude and bothered to help out. We had Michaela W. assist us. She seemed bothered to split the bill, even though the previous server said it wasn’t an issue. She kept rolling her eyes when explaining things. I asked for a printed receipt, she said she’ll get it, then proceeded to just talk with her coworkers. I got tired of waiting, so I had one printed from the front desk. I voiced my concerns around the supervisor but he didn’t bother addressing the issue.

  We recently visited Topgolf and left feeling pretty disappointed. We were charged for our 1-year-old, who only hit maybe 10 balls the entire time—and that was with help from an adult. At that age, it’s not like they’re actually participating in the game in any meaningful way. It felt unreasonable to be charged as if they were a full player. Experiences like this should feel family-friendly, but this policy really took away from that. We had a good time otherwise, especially with Mikyala as our server, but this definitely left a sour note. I hope Topgolf considers being a bit more flexible or understanding when it comes to very young children.

  Absolutely had the BEST night ever at Topgolf Oklahoma City! This sprawling entertainment venue is pure adrenaline and vibes rolled into one. The high-tech driving range is next-level insane – microchipped balls track every shot with instant stats, massive targets light up like a video game, and the climate-controlled bays kept us comfortable while we crushed round after round. Even as total beginners, we were hooked competing with friends on the leaderboards. The swanky lounge upstairs is straight fire: plush seating, huge screens blasting sports, ice-cold drinks, and killer food (loaded nachos and wings were chef’s kiss). Staff was ridiculously friendly and fast. Perfect spot for groups, dates, or just blowing off steam in OKC. We stayed till closing and still didn’t want to leave. 10/10 – book your bay NOW and thank me later! 🔥⛳

  My family and I have been to this location before and we always have a great time. The crew at the front desk were friendly and my server was absolutely awesome. She made sure we were taken care of and I love that! The only reason I gave 4 stars is the cleanliness. The lounge furniture in the Bay Area should be replaced. It was not clean and very worn. Top Golf is not a cheap family activity and pretty pricey so having a clean comfortable space is essential. Also, the food quality needs improvement. This also is quite pricey, so I want my money to speak for what I pay for. If these small improvements are made, I’d for sure easily rate this facility 5 stars.
