  Zyrese was awesome and polite. He was helping train a new employee. He was kind and patient. He is definitely making good impressions on behalf of taco bell.

  Ordered through door dash, but been a fan of this taco bell because they've been good, but tonight they was trash, sent out an order knowimg it wasn't fresh. I been in the fast food game for years and would've had them throw away the shells they gave me 10 minutes. Before it. This was pitiful

  I'm visiting from out of town and ordered food on a late night for my kids.. I ordered over 20 sauces for my order. This trifling store sent my whole order with not one sauce.. Like who in the world will eat a taco bell order with no sauce. I mean not even one sauce.. And i order multiple tacos. I called the store and the lady who answered could care less about my problem. She stated the computers was down. But common sense will automatically send an order with sauce. It would be mandatory.. I'm a restaurant owner myself and i hate to say it but i despise big chain fast food. No good service and no type of common sense.. Im so highly upset.. Now i have to order my kids more food because who is eating taco bell with no sauce.. The world would be a better place with good service and business.. Thats why i promise to always treat my customers great and most of all have common sense and education to be able to read orders and fulfill them correctly. I take my customers and their service serious. Go find another job if you can't and don't want to service ppl correctly. And taco bell hire worthy people who actually likes working in the food industry.. Because within the next 5 years all these big fast foods will be closed.. No type of good service.. This must be a Oklahoma thing because no Taco Bell in my state would ever send a order with no sauce.. Thanks a lot Taco Bell-for nothing..Us people who visit Oklahoma with our family would love a good experience instead of bs and horrible experience..Never again!

  The staff was real nice. The lady gave me a free drink and the guy complimented my Metallica shirt. I was just there to chill before work so I didn't order any food.

  The boy on the headset was rushing us. Then a lady get on there rushing us. Y’all ain’t got no damn patience. Idgaf about no drive time I was a SAM for 2 years and never rushed a customer that’s how you get a damn bad review. Then homegirl wanna say I can’t add 1 thing to my order at the window after they rushed me thru and I didn’t even really get to order what all I wanted and then when I pop off yeah that’s yo bad review right there she wanna say she’ll ring it up in the front girl please I don’t even want that shit no more. That’s some bs man. You chose that job remember that ain’t nobody make you clock in you need that money. So treat your customers with a lil respect
