  I can't have no more subway sandwich. .there is something in it that makes me burp very bad. I have tried all kinds of variations

  When I walked over to the "order here" section of the counter, & since there was not a soul in sight, I did as the little sign instructed, "Ring bell for service". That's about the time Matthew walked out from the back. He was telling me that he had yelled to me not to ring the bell because, and I quote, "I hate that damned bell". He then told me, (and I quote him again), "I hate that bell, I hate Subway, and I hate working with food but I'm on the transition list to go over there", as he pointed towards the front cash registers. I asked Matthew if he made good sandwiches. He asked me what did I mean. I said, "if you hate this so much what kind of sandwiches do you make? Good ones? No response from Matthew. Then I said, " if you hate it so much here, why don't you just go get a different job? No response, again. Then, I asked him to please put the mayo on the bread first, he said "we aren't supposed to do that", I asked him if I could have the sandwich made the way I wanted it or did I have to get it the way He wanted me to have it? .... crickets... He finished making my sandwich and I left,, NEVER TO DARKEN THIS DOORSTEP AGAIN. Matthew's people skills or the lack thereof are severely lacking,, but if the manager who hired him is ok with this sort of "Customer Service ", then ok. So be it. If there were deficit stars, I would give them, but there aren't, so here it is.
