    I ordered a Uber Eats pick up, and I sat at the stall for 20-30 minutes and cancelled my order. I was late back to work waiting on my order.

    I had the absolutely worst experience today at Sonic #170 Shawn Moss is an absolutely horrible person! I came and got a grilled cheese, cheese yous with onion. And a rt 44 half cut sweet tea. So I walk in my bedroom with my drink in hand, and the entire circle part of the bottom of the cup just fell out! ICE AND A FULL TEA RT44 on my floor!;So I had to clean it up which took me about 15 mins, then I took my food and broken cup back up there. U may ask why don't u have pics or video IM GENX SO PULLJNH OUT MY PHONE DOESN'T JUST COME TO MIND.WHICH SUCKS SOMETIMRS! SO I rung the button and a man answered. My exact words were im so upset my cup broke at home and I wanted ro bring it to ur attention and get another drink. I then said id like to trade my food for fresh food since I didn't get to eat it yet cuz the cup broke and I had to come back. The guy saidHID (EXACT WORDS)im fine with replacing ur drink but in not replacing ur food.I said why? My food is cold. (,HIS EXACT WORDS) What do u want me to do about it? I didn't break ur cup. It's not my fault then he began just yelling at me thru the speaker and I kept saying my food is cold it was ridiculous! So I said can I talk to someone other than u? HE SAID. Im the GM and I said NO. So I finally said just give me my tea please and dont put as much ice so its not as heavy please and he hung up. When the hop guy brought my drink he took the cup. I can't believe I didnt get a pic or why I even gave it back to him. I just wasn't it the right state of mind after he made me feel so small. I was shaking and crying and asked the hop what that guys name is and he said Shawn Ross. I said I can't believe how he just treated me. My cup broke and now my foods cold and I showed him the bag and he just shrugs his shoulders. I can't imagine how he treats his employees! So I contacted customer service (felt like a Karen) but I had to report what he did to me. I couldn't stopped crying b/c of how mean and inconsiderate that guy was to me. He made mr feel like I was trying to get more or something for free. And I literally have thr food to bring back and he acted that way. Then for the sugar on top CUZ MR SHAWN ROSS intentionally filled my cup with so much ice. Like he packed it in just to be cruel and spiteful. Thats what finally broke me... he was being cruel, just to be cruel. It was so mean and idk what I did to deserve this. I also told him my brother is pretty high up in coro. Told him his name he just said ok well I dont know him. Then I said im going to call corporate and that's why he decided to purposely fill the cup with all ive. He was so horrible to me. I now have this nasty taste in my mouth and it will be last on my list. Itd the 1st thing ill think about is his horrible customer service. I was a regular. I went at least 2 times a week. So horrible experience. I came back with my COLD food and cup with bottom out, wanted to trade or replace the food and the GM said No. What do u want me to do about it we didn't do it, I didnt do it so why should I replace ur food? I repeated bc its cold from coming here twice before I can eat. Just want to document this. I gave my dog the food BTW and didnt drink the new tea cux he seemed like the person that would mess with ur stuff.
