  We drove up to the drive in and pushed the red button and was told “hold on a sec”. So we did for about 3 mins. So we decided to go thru the drive thru and was told “to hold on a second “ Now at this point it’s unfortunately bad for business to tell someone to hold on a second and not answer after asking numerous times if they were there!!

  We placed an online order at 11:45pm when they close at midnight. It said our order was going to be out to us by 11:50pm. Time passed & no one went out , so we press the button to ask for assistance & get ignored. We end up pulling up to the drive through & they turn off all the lights by 11:58pm & ignore us when we get to the order window. If you don’t want to do your job right , then don’t be there at all. Hopefully I get my money refunded.

  Half the time you can't tell if they are open, at the drive thru they talk to each other and slam the window on you, so if you have an issue too bad, not even a hello or thank you. Sent my son to get the $6 smasher meal and a med cheddar bites, $18! Majority of the time they turn off app orders, especially if there is a deal on a specific item that day, or they will put that item unavailable. You can tell the franchise owner is cheap by doing that. Sonic corp should shop them and check out the special deal days. They dont even have the $6 smasher burger on the menu, they want to overcharge people. So sonic corp, don't respond with the 1800 #, instead go investigate this rip off place.

  I ordered five Sundays for my family and instead of putting the toppings on top they put me at the bottom of the cup and barely any for $3 Sunday so not worth it then I tried to call they won't answer the phones I recommend not ordering from them

  Evidently their grill ops can't read a piece of paper ordered cheese tots confirmed on the paper got chili cheese fries what's with every sonic I go to clearly they can't read
