    Ordered on the app, got my food and it’s cold as all hell, wrong drink size. Carhop brought me my food didn’t look or say a word to me. Didn’t offer sauce or napkins. GOT THE WRONG FOOD AND THEY WONT ANSWER THEIR PHONE. I ASKD FOR A REFUND AND THEY LAUGHED AND WONT TALK TO ME

    No one answers the drive thru. Awful customer service, extremely slow wait. The opposite of fast food, spend your money elsewhere.

    ​"I want to recognize an outstanding employee who worked the late-night shift this past Friday around midnight. She was professional, humorous, and provided exceptional customer service, including a complimentary ice cream. It is rare to find such a positive attitude at that hour. She deserves 5 stars for her effort!"
