  I attempted to order food. However, the girl was whispering through the microphone. She made me repeat the order for five times still never got the order right and then got attitude with me. Terrible terrible customer service.

  This is my THIRD Sonic tonight! First, I went to 63rd, placed my order, waited in line and then was told oops, we don’t have ice cream to make your drink. Okay, no problem it happens. Then, I drove to NW Expressway. I sat at the drive thru speaker for 5 mins before I called and asked if they were open (which I knew they were) but was told the headset wasn’t registering my presence. I drove around like instructed and the girl’s face told me everything I needed to know, she didn’t want to help me. So, I left and went to May & Grand. The food was hot, the service was pleasant and the cream slush was exactly what I was searching for. Sadly, this is Sonic.

  Was the only person here. Took them forever to get my order. It was 5pm and I was the only one there... I should have known. I guess people already know not to come here. Smh.

  I ordered a corn dog and it was perfectly cooked and the staff was very friendly!
