  I assume the extra slow service is due to the company having hard time finding help. Guess the teenagers are too busy playing games on their cmptrs

  For some reason they struggle to make a decent hamburger. They either smother the burger with a gallon of mayonnaise or mustard. Its crazy how incompetent they are. I mean its not hard to make food. Just use common sense and don't drown the burger in condiments.

  Out of a 25order nothing was correct nothing. Even my drink was wrong chz sticks still half frozen an so much mustard an ketchup on what should have been plain burgers that u couldn't even see the veggies that were piled on both of them.... I will never agian spend a penny at another sonic....

  I didn't get a receipt on a $16.?? Order! I gave the lady $17. She turned and walked away from the window and didn't offer to give me my change. When I tried to place my order at the speaker, I ordered a 44oz diet coke with lemon. She repeated back, 44oz diet coke with cherry. I said no and repeated it. She never spoke to me again. She came outside with a 44 oz diet coke with cherry BUT that wasn't even all of my order. I was trying to order two 44 oz drinks and cheese sticks but she cut me off before letting me finish. My experience was not positive at all. I will go to a different Sonic in future. I was treated disrespectfully and didn't appreciate my experience with thie drive thru person at all.
