  We went for a birthday celebration. We had a group of 7 for lunch. The place was not busy. It took 1.5 hours for lunch. The chicken breast was sent back because it was pink inside. It was pretty chilly inside. We asked if they could adjust the temp or turn on the near by fireplace. They tried to tun on the fireplace with no luck but the gas odor lingered for quit awhile.

  We had reservations at 1:15 and still waited and then was seated at one of the smallest tables and mine you my husband and son are big islanders, while the Sheriff got his own booth by himself. Customer service is treating your guest equally.

  Had by far the best experience ever in a restaurant. Our waiter, Pierce was amazing. Very friendly and great at his job. He anticipated our needs before we did. We came for a late lunch and stayed till dinner. The food was perfectly cooked, the drinks were great and the service was the best I have ever had.

  We had an incredible experience tonight, largely thanks to **Kieonna**. Her patience and attentive service were truly amazing—she managed our table with a level of grace you don’t always find. Beyond the service, the food was absolutely top-tier and the atmosphere exceeded every expectation. For a chain restaurant, they are clearly operating at a higher standard. We’ll definitely be back.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We celebrated my wife’s birthday at Saltgrass Steak House today and it turned into a terrific dining experience. Her birthday was actually March 11th, but we didn’t get the chance to celebrate until today — Friday the 13th. Turns out it was her lucky day! It was a beautiful Oklahoma afternoon, sunny with a slight breeze, and Saltgrass turned out to be a great choice for lunch. Our server Connor provided excellent service from start to finish — attentive, friendly, and professional. We both ordered the Signature Steak & Grilled Shrimp lunch special. My wife paired hers with a baked potato while I chose the sweet potato. The shrimp were excellent and overall the meal was very enjoyable. While finishing our meal the manager, Daminque, stopped by to check on us. My wife told him her steak was terrific. I mentioned that mine was slightly chewy, and instead of brushing it off he stayed and had a genuine conversation with us about menu favorites, steaks, and dessert recommendations for our next visit. We also mentioned a previous visit where we had a great waiter named Dakota, and as luck would have it Dakota stopped by the table to say hello. Before we left, Daminque surprised us by comping a slice of carrot cake for my wife’s birthday. I told him I’m currently on a mission to find the best carrot cake in the OKC metro… and I have to admit, theirs is near the top of the list. It was excellent. Great food, great service, and outstanding management engagement made this a memorable birthday lunch. We’ll definitely be back.
