Asked for two toasted bagels with butter on the side. Took them a good 5 minutes to give me the food, I was the only one in the line. When I finally got to work, not toasted, no knife, no butter. Disappointed in Panera, I’ll be choosing a different place from now on, somewhere where they care about the customers time and order.
