The best food and amazing service! We went here to celebrate a birthday and Tim our server was amazing! By far the best service we have had at a restaurant in a very long time. We will definitely be back.

food is okay, service was pretty good, it's your basic chain restaurant doing just enough to keep people from trying something else

Decided to give Outback a try for lunch, its been awhile. Would normally go to Longhorn for this type. My burger bun was completely soggy, didn't come with the ketchup or mustard, had a tomato amd I wanted no tomato. And ordered bacon and got none. Didn't wanna wait so ate the soggy burger. Broccoli was good. Partners salad was good, loaded potato was cold. Then they try to charge me for the bacon, usually dont police my tab. But sure enough. Will stick with Longhorn. They are not even comparable in food or customer service.

We like going to this Outback Steak House. We usually always get a Bloomin' Onion and I really like their NY Strips. Hardly ever have to wait for a table and the service is always good. Wait staff if always nice and helpful. Been there with small grandchildren. They can always help with children's seats too.

I’m leaving this review because this experience was frustrating enough that we actually cut our visit short—and that’s not something we normally do.
First issue: the temperature inside the restaurant. It felt like it was set somewhere around 60–65°F, which might sound fine on paper, but it was completely out of sync with the weather outside. It was a warm, comfortable day—shorts and t-shirt weather—so naturally that’s how we dressed. Walking into the restaurant felt like stepping into a freezer. It wasn’t just “a little cool”—it was uncomfortably cold to the point that we couldn’t relax or enjoy our time. We would have stayed longer, ordered more, and enjoyed ourselves—but instead we were focused on getting out of there.
Second issue: the bread. This is one of the main reasons we come to Outback, and it missed the mark completely. The first loaf was room temperature at best—definitely not warm enough to melt butter. We asked for a fresh one, expecting that classic hot-out-of-the-oven bread, but the replacement was basically the same. When we tried again, we were told multiple times that it had “just come out of the oven,” but it clearly hadn’t. By the time we finally got a loaf that was even slightly warm, only the first slice would melt butter—the rest cooled off immediately, which honestly felt like a direct result of how cold the dining area was.
On top of that, the service interaction around this was frustrating. It felt rushed, dismissive, and a bit defensive instead of solution-oriented. We shouldn’t have to repeatedly flag someone down just to address something as simple as cold bread.
Third issue: the steak. We originally came in expecting a specific menu option (an 11 oz cut), which was no longer available. That’s fine—menus change. But the alternative we ordered (12 oz New York strip) came out with a large, untrimmed chunk of fat that took up a noticeable portion of the weight. A strip steak is expected to have a fat edge, but this went beyond that—it felt like we were paying for ounces that weren’t actually edible.
Putting it all together, the experience just didn’t line up with what we expect. The overly aggressive air conditioning made the entire environment uncomfortable, the bread (a signature item) didn’t meet basic expectations, and the food quality didn’t justify the price.
The biggest and easiest fix here is the temperature. If customers are walking in dressed for the actual weather and immediately feel like they need a jacket, something is off. That alone changed the entire experience for us.
We didn’t leave because we wanted to—we left because we felt like we had to.
I’m sharing this in detail because these are fixable issues, and Outback is a place we normally enjoy. Right now though, the environment and execution are working against what should be a solid dining experience.
