  They always messing up my order. This time. They didn't give me a full 10 piece and also charged me for extra sauce I didn't even get.

  The manager, Josh, was very disrespectful when I gave my code for the 20 piece and a basket of fries. I had let them know that usually a manager has to come over because lot of the time they say for me to refresh my screen, but then it tells me that I only get one time a day or that it could be 15 minutes before I can do another code once I got past that part I had previously ordered a cheeseburger, no onions, but during this whole conversation that never got paid for as I’m at the third window, the manager, Josh brings me the food and I ask him where the cheeseburger is and he says all I know is that you got chicken nuggets and fries which were supposed to be FRESH he tells me to go around to re-order the cheeseburger but there is nobody in the drive-through as it was 3:30am. I ended up saying whatever to the cheeseburger and went home with the chicken nuggets and fries that were supposed to be fresh. I get home and the chicken nuggets taste like cardboard, fries were not fresh and I call up there and Josh answers the phone and I say, what are you? he says that he is the assistant general manager or assistant manager and as I’m trying to ask if this is Josh he hangs up on me. I called back five times and they disregarded my calls now I will be calling corporate and I will be up there tomorrow for a resolution.

  Went through the drive-through ordered my meal, the fries were cold, and the fish sandwich was overcooked and almost burnt. Didn’t realize about the sandwich took the fries back in and still took her five minutes to get me a hot set of fries which we’re already cooked.

  Pésimo servicio por el que atiende en ventanilla. Es una persona sumamente intratable, trata mal a la gente y les grita. Deberían cuidar mas a sus empleados que no eran groseros y que ko traten mal a los clientes
