  There was no closed signs do to cleaning ordered throught the mobile app wasn't told anything until my order went through then they came out and told me tried to cancel it but couldn't cancel it because it said already preparing order they said the couldn't refund me that I have to talk to the gm should have just gave me my money and walked away but nope out 49$ I need the gm email because what happend was theft I work nights so it's hard to get ahold of someone that works days

  I ordered three 5$ meal deals and the food had a hair in it so I went back around and talked to the manager (im not the one that usually does that but I did this time) and the people didnt believe me that there was hair but u could totally see it. They didnt have to be so rude. I got another fry. I went home and looked threw the food and found more hair...im trying to call them back but no answer. I just dont understand why people have to be so rude. I didnt have a attitude or anything I dont understand.

  Stopped in for breakfast. I got three sandwiches and nothing else. It was $20! I added cheese to two of the sandwiches and was charged 2.98 for two pieces of cheese! That is insane and just unacceptable.

  I went there to pick up food for a DoorDash and they were closed, but they confirmed the order on their end. So I had to cancel it on my end. Although they did have a sign on their door saying that their system was not working

  They got a little girl who is rude as all get out. She failed to put paid for sauces in the bag, asked her for them she rudely disrupted saying we charge. We let her know its already paid. Afterwards she started glaring at us. Get your worker before someone less nice goes in and tells her off cause thats embarrassing honestly.
