  Okay experience for our first time! 2 adults , late afternoon time, we got 1 drink and 2 appetizers total (plus 2 croissants that you have to pay for after advertised as free!) spent about 65 bucks w a 15 dollar tip. Server barely came to the table and drinks stayed empty. Overall meh experience

  Maria is the most professional, mild mannered, kind person I have encountered at any business jn a VERY LONG TIME!!! Her customer service skills are top tier and I have witness her handle difficult and rude customers on several occasions without losing her cool or responding in a negative or disrespectful manner. She is a shining example of excellence and this company is EXTREMELY LUCKY to have her as an employee!!

  Just stopped by this morning and if somebody who is there almost Monday through Friday at the same time every morning I really enjoyed the staff that was there but today it seemed there was an entire new staff on shift and they had absolutely no idea what they were doing. When I finally got to the window to pick up my order in the Drive-Thru the lady literally just stood there and looked at me and said "what" "uh ,what did you get" LIKE WHAT 🫠 well she literally held my order in her hands so I was extremely confused by this

  I picked up order there today for a customer. It sat there on the shelf for 5 to 10 minutes. Who knows how long it was there before I got there I had to look around the corner to get someone’s attention and it’s still took another five minutes for that to happen. There’s no customer service at McDonald’s anymore. And then and then I finally got the order and I told her that I was like it’s been sending this whole time you could’ve gave it to me a long time ago, but instead, she decided to fix two other orders take an order outside instead of attending to me. There was another customer standing in the lobby that she totally ignored and he walked out mad. I did DoorDash and I refuse to pick up any more orders at McDonald’s because the service there is horrible.
