  When you pay as much if not more for 3 shots of espresso than you do for the coffee itself. You would expect to have those shots put in, robbery. Update: Came back a week later was given this 'French vanilla ice coffee with espresso' I told them this wasn't a vanilla ice coffee and they told me it was due to the espresso. Now you not only not give your customers what they pay for but you lie to their face. I've ordered this same coffee countless times and its never looked like this. Officially done with this location

  I am ENRAGED!! I had ENOUGH with this place. this establishment is horrendous, I can’t explain how bad the customer service experience was. I nearly jumped out my seat, Never going here again. THE RUDE WORKERS HAD MADE ME GO BALLISTIC I AM DONE, I HAD ENOUGH!!!

  genuinely don’t go here, the employees suck. Especially the ones during the weekends, horrible attitudes and insanely slow. DONT GO HERE!!! I’m serious….
