- PNPatrick NealMar 23, 20261.0Worst service and communication of all McDonald’s locations in my life. Sat in the operational 2nd drive thru lane for several minutes trying to get someone’s attention while others got served ahead of us. Finally just pulled through to let them know no one was helping us and they were like “Uhh, okay. What do you want”. So we gave them our order and they had us pull forward, while we waited several minutes longer while people behind us got their orders before us. Finally, they still charged us even after that experience and sent us on our way. Not the first time we’d had a poor experience with this location, and certainly won’t be the last for many others. Except for myself; I’m never going back there. Overall serious lack of communication nor care amongst the staff. Serious need in change of management and staff all together.

When I raised the concern the manager had an attitude like I was the one who made the mistake. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾. never again
- JJJoeMar 4, 20263.0BigArch should be called McMessy! It’s a big burger and if you thought the Big Mac got sloppy wait for this double 1/4 pounder to flounder about. Definitely have a bib or plenty of napkins cause this is a difficult burger to eat. Now I know why the video of the CEO being so awkward and taken that tiny bite. Worth getting for nostalgic reasons but just stick with the cheeseburgers and save yourself a mess.
