  Worst Mcds in okc, none of the workers can speak properly. They don't know their own menu and they overcharge. It's always slow so the drive thru is pointless. How this place is still open baffles me.

  Today I went to order a 5 dollar meal and a fish sandwich and I get to the window to pay and was told to pull into spot number 4 so they could bring me my food out and as I’m waiting on my order there’s a young gentleman bringing orders out to people and his pants are below his bottom to where I can see all his business and he’s holding food in one hand and his pants in the other I’m sorry that is just not acceptable and quite frankly disgusting I shouldn’t have to see that at a supposed to be professional establishment and I called the store to notify the manager hopefully this issue gets resolved.very disappointed

  Gave code when placing order but gave error so when we got to the window I showed her the next code the app gave me and asked could she try this code she said I don’t have time to keep doing this then asked me why I didn’t give when placing the order I told her did and remember it gave am error to which she muttered under her breath but we could hear and she said well theres a code on there bc your name is showing. She didn’t want to take the time and see what was wrong had an attitude wasnt friendly, if she doesn’t want to be friendly at the least she needs a new job not dealing with the public. It was 40% off wasnt on the ticket like she said basically we paid full price for everything. No big deal but her attitude is the problem. Receipt doesnt say her name or Ive would put it here. I just thought the cold fries was the issue here always bc we always get cold fries but today we got cold fries and attitude

  My order wasn't complete I am missing the 5 4 piece nuggets. The fries were so skimpy. I ordered a box of cookies and they were all thrown in while hot and now looks like a bunch of dough! The girl also had bad customer service!

  This is a busy place but the person taking drive thru orders does not have English proficiency and then incorrectly processes orders causing other staff who also do not have business English proficiency to not be able to fill these orders correctly. You as any patron may be asked to pull up and wait in a drive up vs drive thru order situation. I had to ask for my ticket. So I was given part of my order which was cold and was supposed to be hot off the grill. I was told after many questions at the second window and showing this ticket, I was told to pull into a numbered space. I then did not get my order for another 15 minutes. At 10 minutes a person came to my car asking if I ordered this or that item on her tray. And later still then another woman showed up with a greasy bag which I have never seen at McDonald's at all ever and it was stone cold, full of mashed food, including undercooked fries without salt, no ketchup and no napkins, no drink. This is a very good physical location to stop and get a meal. And often they gave specials other shoos do not have and all the Happy Meal Toys per event But I often have seen what happened to me, happen to other people. And if you don't have rewards app, they will not compensate you.Drive thru and take out are not the same. So this below preselected answers are not what the options are.
