You tell me my order wasn't made because the payment didn't process and so I drive away only to be charged 10 minutes later! And then when I try to call your store, the number to your store doesn't work, how convenient!

This location used to be pretty good, but the owner has really cheaped out. They got rid of the really great play place playground they used to have. Now it's basically just a dinky little slide. They nickel and dime you for everything. They charge for sauce and for water now. Super lame. McDonald's is very overpriced these days as it is. I probably won't be back to this location. There are other franchisees around who care about serving their customers just as much as they care about profit margins. The only reason this isn't a 1 or 2 star review is that the employees were nice.

I pull up to this location because they advertise 24/7 service. As soon as I pull up, a woman states from the speaker we are closed. I said huh? Its what time do you close? 24/7 she said again We are closed. I said okay what time do you close, at what hours? She replied I dont know it just depends. I said okay and drove off. Went home to grab my phone so I could record this encounter. When I returned at 4:00am I live just a couple minutes away she stated again when I pulled up to the drive thru we are closed. I said I want you to know Im recording you because its a 24:7 location and you are saying you arent open when there is staff there and cars in the parking lot. She stated we close for thirty minutes every day. I said I am going to speak with your manager because that isnt a thing she stated she was the manager. I said I dont believe her because managers dont talk to customers the way she does. I said well so I just sit here and wait thirty minutes till you reopen? She replied if you want to. I let her know again that I was recording our interaction. She stopped responding. And I said see managers dont just walk away from conversations after saying something that makes no sense. I went to 7-11 across the street for gas and then lo and behold their drive thru had 5 cars in it and it looked like they were taking customers. I went to the drive thru she said take your order very quickly. I asked are you open? She said yes. I ordered food. When I got to the first window she gave me the total. I asked if she was the manager she said yes. I said I spoke with you earlier. She said yes. I said when did you open? I was here five minutes ago and you said you were closed and looks like you reopened the moment I drove off. That is odd. She repeated the total. I replied that doesnt answer my question. I asked her my question again. She said weve been closing every night for ten years. I said no one is dumb enough to believe you. If its 24/7 advertised then that is what it is. Youre basically saying McDonalds is falsely advertising. And if you dont want to work the hours you agreed to you need to tell your manager so they can make money overnight. You cant close the restaurant whenever you want because you dont feel like working. She said do you want your food. I said no I dont, not anymore. I asked her name, she said it was Erica. I doubt that is her name. I told her I would show the video to the manager. I asked if it was privately owned she said yes. I said Ill make sure they know what she was doing and left the drive through but I heard a very loud yell as I drive off. Im not sure what she screamed at me, but Im sure it wasnt a representation the owner would support.

Let me start by saying I try my best to avoid this location for many reasons!!! The one night I decide to go get some nuggets, I regretted it immediately. I'm pregnant so I really wanted the Orange Hi-C and a McFlurry. First off, why haven't you fixed your drive thru menus?!?! It's been that way for years!!! Two, whoever baby girl is ordering overnights has TERRIBLE customer service. Gave her my card, she tapped it and then gave it right back with no receipt or even offering one and slammed that door so quick. She must not like her job and if that's the case, please go find another one that better serves your poor attitude. Third, I know for fact I asked for sweet and sour sauce when I ordered, by the way she was rushing me, I'm almost certain she didn't put it in the order. *sighs* so yes I drove back up there and got my sauce because what we are not going to do is eat these nuggets with no sauce.
And why is there never any ice cream??? You're a 24 hour location so there is no excuse as to why the machine is not working. I just can't with that location. I will kindly drive the extra miles to another location from now on because that was a horrible experience.

We pulled up to the drive-through ready to get some exquisite McDonald’s that we are used to we are loyal customers. We were ready to get the big arch we support McDonald’s through thick and thin through all in all to fire and rain through hell and back, but when we pulled up to the McDonald’s drive-through screen, we were faced with a challenge that was unbearable to us due to our phobia we seen black dots all over the screen perfectly shaped, and it made me jump out of my body and wanted to jump straight into hell when I seen it. I lost my appetite. I couldn’t eat my food. We drove out the drive-through and caused the scene. Yes, we did I. My face started to get fuzzy. We have a phobia, and this is a very common phobia that y’all should’ve at least had a trigger warning for if you’re gonna be too lazy to fix it I’m being funny but it’s not funny at all. I seriously almost died there in that drive-through you guys have competition across the street Taco Bell. We drove straight over there y’all losing customers because of this I’ve talked to several other people and they said the same thing that they drove straight out of that I’d rather have that machine burnt down to the ground are all black rather than have those black dots perfectly aligned and squeeze together. I can’t do it. It makes me feel eat a fuzzy. I can physically break out from that if I would’ve paid enough attention to it I could’ve physically broke out in hives all over my body and sued McDonald’s so please get it fixed expeditiously it’s an issue and like I said once I’m being funny but it’s not funny at all fix it.
