  Went through the drive-thru and honestly i think i would’ve had a better experience if it was grizzly bears running it. Attitude and dirty looks the whole time for no reason, I get it if you hate your job but don’t take it out on us just because we like donuts.

  Very disorganized for food delivery drivers. No greet, direction or acknowledgment. Then after waiting and asking if someone can assist me… you didn’t have the product the customer ordered and told me to call them. If you would have acknowledged me when I entered your store I could have tried to contact the customer while I was waiting… the customer did not answer the call or text and I was forced to cancel the delivery which affects my ratings and performance. I will not be accepting any orders for your establishment and will encourage orders to not do so until your company does better. Very disappointed.

  Everyone working appears to hate their job! Should at least acknowledge the people walking in! They only survive because of the great donuts. The small mom and pop establishments are grateful for your business. The filthy doors and entry way were turn off as well.

  Their original glazed donuts are still the best! Lots of other ones are good, but they don't have that same "bite" to them. I came a little later in the day and they still tasted super fresh and weren't out of the ones I wanted.

  So I’ve visited this location twice — the first time I actually didn’t have anything wrong. The following time I came through I got a custom dozen donuts that I had ordered on the app. I picked up it up in the drive thru and assumed all was good — HOWEVER when I got to work to give the donuts to my team I noticed that I had ordered 3 glazed cake donuts and didn’t get any of them; they had replaced one of the glazed cake with an Oreo one (never asked me if that was okay btw) THEN instead of giving me substitutions for the other two they just didn’t give me the donuts so I paid for a dozen and only got 10 and one of them were wrong. Honestly though? No biggie because I thought I could call the store to figure something out but when I called and explained what happened all the guy continued to say was “ we are out of glazed cake donuts” WELL OBVIOUSLY BRO , he didn’t offer anything just said “we’re out” as someone who also runs a fast food / drive thru line environment this is ridiculous. When I came to pick up my order I should’ve been told that they were out of the glazed cake and I should’ve been asked which ones to sub it for but instead?? They just left that part of the box empty 🫡
