  New place. What a load of crap. Always get attitude. Extremely slow service and always forgets to give things. Have to go inside every time I go through drive thru. Management ignores you when you go in.

  This place usually gives out great food but thats only day shift. DONT COME HERE AT NIGHT. I ordered online. Just got off work and wanting something to eat. I ordered a jalapeño burger with extra avocado. I didnt recieve avocado or tomatoes on my burger and dont get me started on the fries. Theyre cold to the touch, and honestly working in food i can tell what OLD fries look like. This is horrible. I will not be coming back to this location i will take the extra time it takes to go to moore and order there since this one around the corner isnt it. *Just peeked my drink and why is it only 3/4 full? All of this for $15.... i dont recommend wasting your money here unless you like being disappointed

  Never going back here, I gave this location two chances but this time takes the cake. I understand it being busy during lunch thats not my problem but when I watch 5 people get their food before me when they ordered AFTER me is not acceptable and then for the line person to say they already made it just pisses me off more. You obviously see i dont have my order and you want to argue. The moment I walked into this place and workers are yelling eachother i should've of just walked out then. AVOID THIS PLACE AND GO NEXT DOOR TO CHICK-FIL-A.

  Order #1502316 2/15/2026 Went through drive thru, ordered #2 no cheese large onion ring, side of gravy, girl read order back but got cold nasty fries instead, even shows fries on receipt. Food took forever to get, they weren't busy!. Food is cold, fries are like rubber! I gave 1 star because I couldn't give a Negative Star

  The new Whataburger on 104th has the worst service ever! I have been there 3 times and won’t be going back. Every time I go I have to wait forever and my order is always wrong. The people working there act like they don’t even want to be there. I will just make the trip to Moore next time I get a craving. The 104th location is absolutely terrible.
