Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

    I got the offer for the free three chicken strips upon order a medium fry and drink. I decided to upgrade my option to Large bc I was feeling quite peckish. I did an online order bc I needed to be back to work manning my station bc I’m the only one at my location. The estimated time was 11:50-11:56… So I made my way over and waited in the seat for my order to be done. I got quite frustrated by the lack of communication between the team members and was surprised to see that the big wigs were in and yet here I sat with no order in hand until 12:06. The poor guy working the register checked in the order for me and I could see he was making an effort and it paid off bc I left with not three but six strips, two fries and three gravies! They may have messed up on times, but they most certainly cared and did their best to make it up and I will def be coming back to raid their binz! 9/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Its efforts like this that let customers know that you do care about business and keeping it. Thanks, Whataburger for always trying your best and delivering great food! 🦝🫡

    This location just, for a year now since we moved here, does not live up to my Whataburger expectations! Every time I go here, I say I won't come back. Today is no exception. Old fries...I don't mean cold fries ...I mean old fries. Dried out hamburger bun, medium temperature Patty. And I specifically asked for spicy ketchup didn't get it, didn't get any ketchup. 😞

    11pm, every Whataburger is busy. This was borderline ridiculous service. The DT line was slow (6min ticket time) but the service was the problem, could not hear the person over the order speaker. Once I got to the window to pay/receive my food the woman at the window was very rude, at no point was my order verified. Sarah W yelled a total at me and would not put the card reader out or take my phone to tap-to-pay then borderline threw my food at me and slammed the window closed. Ordered “easy ice” and got an entire cup full of ice. This is the only time I’ve ever had an out right bad experience at a Whataburger. Service is hard work but the out right hostility was absolutely unforgivable.

    ZERO customer service, BUT WANTS 30 DOLLARS for 2 meals. This is the first step of gettng corperate involved with this store. Long wait, food scatter in bags. Asked to speak wotha manager, nothing but smirks, spoke to manager, I see where the smirks come from. The manager. She had no interest in my concerns, or as me as a customer..

    no syrup, no biscuit, no butter, no tea, no onion rings, all things I ordered should’ve been in the bag none were. I ordered pancakes and the sausage biscuit a tea onion rings I returned to the store two times getting home realizing there’s no biscuit for the sausage gravy I called she said she’s not gonna do anything that was Monday morning, 7:32am, its 9:50 all is cold, trying to get a complete order and this is the second time in a row Whataburger leaves out products you need
