The top bun was a sad mix of wilted lettuce and runaway condiments — looked more like a science experiment than food. The bottom half wasn’t much better: the tomato was tired, the onions were just tossed on, and the pickles seemed to have quit halfway through. The whole thing was flat, soggy, and honestly embarrassing to look at. If presentation mattered even a little here, this burger would’ve never left the kitchen. Definitely not the quality I expect from Wendy’s.

That's not how it's made I've had of the Wendy's and it's got more bacon on it than one slice that's broken half this is the second time that I've had issues out of this Wendy's. I was trying to give it a good go again and put my faith in it and yeah, they're trash.

Had to go in to get my fries for my order.Young lady working counter says don't get mad at me i didn't help you. Had to ask for my receipt. Little did I know both burgers were going to be completely wrong when I got home. Fries were cold. When the store was called the manager wants me to drive all the way back. When I told him I live across the city and wasn't coming back tonight hung up on me before I could get his name. I called back and got hung up on before anything could be said. This is why I don't go to Wendy's. It's always wrong and poor customer service.
