    Inside already closed at 830 pm. Frosty machine broken. A Wendy's store should not be allowed to be open to the public if they dont have operational frostys the whole reason Wendy's exists is to sell frostys. With a broken frosty machine i dont know if you can even legally call yourself a Wendy's at that point.

    We have been to this location a few times and have had issues everytime. This last time I made an online order which went through taking my payment and giving me an order number. My wife got to the store and staff told her they never received the order and said I would have to cancel it through the app. I canceled the order and the staff simply did not care. There was no offer to take our order or any attempt to make it right. I completely understand that things happen! I would avoid this location!! I contacted customer support through chat and they didn't even address the issue of bad customer service. They just gave a $5 credit for my next order and said, "have a nice day". I just wish people cared a little...

    I’m disappointed with the service I received at this Wendy’s location. We waited at the drive-thru to place our order for quite a while with no one at the first window to take our payment. When we finally moved forward, Jazmine had us waiting again at the second window and then refused to provide a receipt. She continued having a long conversation with the car in front of us while we were stuck there waiting. It took my son flashing the truck lights just to get someone’s attention so we could finish our order and leave. Customer service and communication could definitely be improved. Waiting is understandable when a location is busy, but being ignored and not given a receipt was frustrating. I hope management can address this so future customers have a smoother experience.

    The manager Jasmine is very nice. She was very pleasant to talk to and very helpful. I hope we see her again the next time we come.

    I just wasted my money because I ordered a honey butter chicken biscuit meal and then just the biscuit no meal and got two plain dry biscuits that I will not eat. Frustrating.
