The potato looked like it had been reheated at least 4 times. As you see from the pics the sob burger not only looked nasty it also didn't have enough bacon to even equal 1 piece. Hubby says that there was hardly any bacon on his sandwich also. Took 1/2 hour just to find a phone number for this location and OF COURSE it went straight to voicemail. It is no wonder they are closing locations when they serve NASTY food like this.

Hamburger, nuggets and fries all tasted like they were made an hour before I got there. Even the coke did not taste right. Had to get root beer. Should have known when I walked in and I was the only one there. Other reviews for this location are not good. Will not be back.
- GRGrey RedcrossOct 12, 20251.0My boyfriend and I pull up to the Wendy’s to get ourselves a little snack, we order and we do take awhile to do so but we did ask for a minute to order, we pay don’t get a receipt than when we receive our food the baconater fries and the cheese was completely unmelted and bacon was in strips still, I ask why and they say they don’t have knives or spatulas to chop the bacon up and they said the cheese was actually melted because there was cheese sauce underneath. they didn’t ask to remake it they asked they instead said they could refund itand I accepted a refund because they couldn’t remake it the way it’s advertised. When I get the refund the lady is weird and acts like I’m just some Karen trying to start an issue even though I was completely respectful and just wanted to know why and if I could have a remake. It was rude made me feel uncomfortable for even asking and it shouldn’t be that way when I had an issue. She seemed to be taking instructions from maybe a manger so I can’t even say they should train their employees better. Just get better customer service skills it’s easy.
