  I ordered a confetti cookie freeze, paid for it, and somehow still didn’t receive it. When I went back through the drive-thru to get what I had already paid for, I was told the freeze machine was “down” and offered a foundation drink instead — I declined the offer. What’s especially interesting is that I was able to DoorDash the exact same drink from the exact same location shortly after — the one that supposedly couldn’t make it because the machine was “down.” So clearly the issue wasn’t the equipment. The level of laziness and lack of accountability here is honestly embarrassing. If making the drink was too much effort, just say that.

  Everything was fine, except for the fact that i could overhear people talking about me on the speaker... Said my voice was annoying. I think her name was Bree and another woman I couldnt see the nametag for. When I got to the window they basically ignored me and rushed me on. She made faces when she saw my piercings (Im an alt girl). Lol these ladies are in serious need of some professional training but the food was a W

  What an amazing experience! Tacos were so good and I met the funniest man ever there named Shane.. Thanks Taco Bell And thank you Shane (for being so funny)
