  I have never had such terrible service from this establishment as I did tonight. I placed a mobile order at 9:40 pm. I got to the drive-thru window at 9:50 pm and they handed me my drink. Then 10 minutes later the cashier told me that my empanadas would take a little longer and instructed me to pull around to the mobile pickup area where I sat for an additional 30 minutes. As I was sitting there waiting, I noticed numerous other customers coming and going with their orders and thought to myself that surely it didn't take 30 minutes to make some empanadas, so I went inside and asked them if the order was ready. They said yeah and pointed to the order sitting on the counter. When I picked it up I noticed that the tag on it said that it was ready at 10:06 pm. They had let my food sit on the counter for 30 minutes and I had to go in and get it myself. Had I not done this I don't know how long it would have taken. Then upon getting home with my food I noticed that I was missing an empanada and my taco fries were unseasoned, cold and soggy.

  Called because I accidentally submitted my order before adding my drink called and they got one sent over and food was hot and fresh 👍🏽

  I ordered for delivery. They can't handle that. Either they steal the food or the driver does. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE! If you expect your food, go to the store.

  When I went in everybody seemed happy. I got my food quickly and correctly and it was good. They called my name in a way that made me feel alright. That's a good thing about the cuties at this Taco Bell

  If I could give negative stars I would. Firstly, they were rude and had an attitude on the drive thru. They were out of Dr. Pepper, straws, napkins, and mild sauce. Secondly, after paying for 4 sides of spicy ranch and given 1. I went inside. I asked for the sauce I paid for and after several minutes of them standing and staring at me they called a man to the front to get the sauce. He loudly in the back exclaimed that he wasn’t giving out no sauce for free and that I can pay for it. I loudly let it be know I paid for it on the only order and he “whatever” me back before then giving over the sauce. Rude people.
