Store manager and day shift seem to really value their guest. I firmly believe the Store manager will have this store above and beyond expectations within next couple weeks as Day management and area management seem to be sincere and direct about improving. Thank God they now have a Store Manager who cares!!!

It was already taking a long time so I tried to cancel the order and it gave me a message stating that it couldn’t be cancelled because it already been processed…um okay So, second delivery driver send a text letting me know that the restaurant is out of tortillas and they can’t make the order or even the rest of the order. So I called up there and let them know I was having issues and the MANAGER got on the phone and said “we don’t have an tortillas you can wait until tomorrow when we get our truck and we will make it free of charge” and hung up the phone. That is very unprofessional and shouldn’t be in charge of any type of business if that’s how he resolves issues. Still now at 2:16 am it now been a 3rd driver and I can’t cancel the order nor can I get a refund.
