  First time in a long time we had friendly service at this Taco Bell and to top it off the food was FRESH!!!!

  Very unorganized and very crappy service, it’s about a 50/50 chance you will get proper service here. If you’re in any rush don’t come here. As a GM of another restaurant you can tell the management here is terrible.

  : I think Taco Bell locations should be shut down. Even though the food is decent, the staff is consistently terrible and orders are rarely accurate. If you can’t trust the employees to get an order right, it raises concerns about what might be going into the food. Looking at customer reviews, most Taco Bell locations are rated under 4.0 stars, which says a lot. Management doesn’t seem to take meaningful steps to fix these issues, and the corporation appears unconcerned as long as it continues collecting royalties.

  this was absolutely the worst experience i have ever had at a fast food establishment. Jessica T is the most disrespectful and rude employee i’ve ever talked to in my life. I got told if i needed time to decide i needed to pull out of the drive through so i didn’t mess up her drive through times. I asked for more sauce and was ignored. I had the drive through window closed in my face and no matter how hard i tried to flag her down she ignored me at the window. So i went to the door and she told me i wasn’t allowed to have more sauce even if i bought it. Then proceeded to walk away and tell me to learn to talk to people. Jessica T should not be employed by this company. Then i get home and im missing multiple items. And on told of that i paid over $2 just for sour cream on my burritos for it to not be on them.

  My son was begging to go here for the last week so I caved. What a mistake. Barely any meat in each of our tacos, burritos, chalupas, you name it. All ground beef too, nothing special. And still a miniscule serving of protein. The rest of the food? Extremely difficult to get down. A lot of it tasted stale and the tortillas were dry. All around the worst Taco Bell I've had in a very long time. Not to mention the service was shotty at best. Barely received any interaction from the staff when we picked up.
