I walk in and order the new flamin hot burrito with extra beef and pico de gallo added + small baja blast and a soft taco. This was around $14 in total. I wait about 15 minutes or so for my order, which is not my problem at all. Here come my order, I walk up to grab it and Im missing my flamin hot grilled cheese burrito. I ask the man working behind the counter about it and he asks another employee (a young women) about my burrito and she loudly yells “Like i said, we dont have it. Ask them if they want a regular grilled cheese burrito!” The man then ask me if I would like that as a substitution. I have no problem with it and I say yes. She then yells “Its the same price as the flamin hot burrito.” Mind you shes like 5 feet away (not visible to me.) 5 minutes or so pass and Im waiting for my burrito. While waiting there i hear her go on and make little comments (but they are loud enough for people to hear) shes says stuff like “I need to quit.”, “im so tired of customers.” Literally while people are sitting here waiting for their orders and can hear her. I had no other complaints about the other staff. I got my burrito with cinnamon chips inside. Im grateful for the man that fixed my problem. My problem is the little girl who is working behind the counter with her attitude. Ridiculous!! The one time I dine-in this is my experience. This is crazy.
