- WWWarren6 days ago3.0Some of the food at this location has a hint of something going rancid. Not sure if they're using ancient Sumerian oil to fry their food, but something is wrong. Didn't stop me from eating it though. As well, I never got sick. Maybe I'm a Billy goat and can handle baaaad food. One other thing that I need to get off my chest since I'm here. They turned away me at lunch one time because they said they had a big catering order and couldn't take other orders. Made me hangry. :(

She immediately shut me down, raised her voice at me and gave me a horrible attitude and said "sir I am not ready for you to order". I left after that, never got ger name but it was a older white lady. She needs to get fired because I have the same experience with her before.

They sent us home with a ton of extra food that we did not pay or need. Extra food included a half eaten burrito. They need to be let go!!!!
- BLBergen LangfeldDec 21, 20255.0I stopped going to the Taco Bell on NW Expressway, even though it’s closer to my house, because they have never gotten my order right. Not even once. I didn’t catch their names, but there’s a woman who runs the drive thru in the late evening who calls you baby & her counterpart, a cute, young kid in his early 20s with a big smile full of white teeth. They always take the best care of me and have NEVER messed up my order. They’re the best and I drive farther just for their great service. Keep up the great work! I’m sure I will see you guys soon. Thank you for taking the time, not only to ensure everything is in the bag, but that it’s made correctly with the customizations. You guys are the best!!
