The customer service here is awful. The two girls working should honestly be ashamed of their attitudes towards customers. The family behind me was being perfectly normal and nice while the girls working were extremely rude for no reason. The bread was WAY undercooked and when the girl went to cut it the gentleman spoke up about the bread being undercooked and she proceeded to say “I know” and threw it away. The other girl then said well you can wait an hour because I didn’t even wait for the the oven to heat up before putting the bread in. This situation tells me that the food safety rules must not be a priority. Make the drive to a different subway, or just go to jimmy johns across the street if you want a sandwich badly enough. This place is a joke.

Worst Subway I have ever been to. Walked in the door, employee making personal call on her phone asked if I was "getting a sandwich". When I ordered, accused me of using a counterfeit $5 because she "couldn't see the face" even though it had obvious watermarks. Proceeded to get back on her phone as soon as order was completed. Even the KFC in this shopping center is more professional than this.

One employee working at 6:40pm at night is not smart. Managers need to staff this place better.
