  I ordered a B.M.T sandwich which comes with “Spicy Pepperoni, Genoa salami, ham, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions & mayo served on our freshly baked Artisan Italian bread” and in the photo you can clearly see there are only two meats and not three. I called to get a simple re-make and was told that they do this often and don’t make these mistakes. Calling me a liar when I have physical proof. I would have appreciated them checking the cameras given the doubt but to just outright decline a remake because of their perfection is next level. Definitely avoid this location, typically o have had no issue here but this single interaction has me at a loss for words.

  Ask for Audrey, she's super chill and makes a great sandwich. Customer service skills are excellent and the joint is clean. I will be back

  "Manager" Brandon seems more interested in doing the job instead of serving the customer. Didn't have the bread I wanted. Didn't have the cheese I wanted. Said they weren't carrying it anymore even though there are signs and pictures of it up everywhere. No apologies. Not even looking at me or sandwich as he made it. Too busy looking at who was coming in. Went to get a drink and almost couldn't pick my foot up because it was so stuck in a dried mess just left there. Subway, I think I need a break from you until you make it about who keeps you in business -the customer.
