Terrible service the girl needs to get fired.

I ordered and it was completely silent for 13 minutes so I drive up to the Window and see the worker taking another customer. What I want to know is why the worker asked me what I wanted if they had a customer in front of them and left me unattended without at least giving me a heads up a simple "one moment" would have been great in a situatuon like this.
