  Ordered a 6 inch sub all American and it was really good and even though I didn't want it toasted, they did offer to toast the bacon so that it was crispy which I appreciated. I headed to a table and all the tables I looked at were dirty with crumbs so I picked the one in the corner because I had the least amount of crumbs. Mind you I was the only one in there and when I arrived there was one person in line and no one arrive after me before I left. The parking lot was mostly empty, except for the customer that got a to go order before mine and an employee's vehicle in the corner. Anyway, I sat down to eat. I decided I wanted water. When I went back up to ask for a cup for water the employee that made my sandwich be was sitting on the counter, crisscross with his shoes on the counter. late half my sandwich and decided to take the rest home. I realized there was an exit closer to my car, the double doors. I tried to go through them, but they were locked during business hours. I normally I'd say that's no big deal (despite that they should be unlocked during business hours), except for I just had shoulder surgery a few months ago and to expect door to be unlocked and push on it and not be unlocked is quite painful. Oh that employee was laughing, as well, how kind.

  Place closed at 9 when its supposed to be open til 10. Just got off work wanting a good sandwich whrn they close early I guess? Mon says open til 10. Oh well, guess im eating pizza.

  I had arrived at 9:10pm after placing an order on the app. The man in the drive thru window politely informed me that they do close at 9pm, but yet he had STILL made the sandwich for us. Now that’s customer service. He could have easily canceled or refunded the order. Thank you man!! Not only did he go above and beyond there, it was also one of the best subway sandwiches I can remember. The amount of each ingredient was substantial and evenly spread out amongst the sandwich.
