- CVCicley VaughtDec 31, 20251.0So I made an order online with this Subway and they took my money but I never got my order called up there. They literally lied to my face and said we don't do online orders. Yes you do. She literally stood there and lied in my face even though I had my order money. My order number, my receipt and everything else. She lied to me over the phone and said they do not take online orders and that I was lying but you go on the subway app. It has their address down because I've been ordering from them for 3 years and they make your sandwich. Whoever comes picks it up and delivers it to him. They literally stood there and lied in my face and got 33.35 for me and I received no order and Subway itself. Even corporate office is not even trying to help me get my money back. I recommend y'all go to any other Subway besides this one

When it came to my turn i asked her how her day was she replied it could be better. she was just in a good mood. I was Telling her my sandwich order and she cut me off talking and decided she would start taking/making the next not 1 but 2 customers orders. I feel like she could have treated me the same as the couple she was just helping before me. And at least finished my order before taking 2 other people's orders.there was a guy there training trying to learn. I feel she wasn't very nice or patient with him. The sandwich was good the service was bad.
