The lady was in middle of preparing the order of foot long sandwich for us, we requested to add cheese, chicken, dressing and she took the sandwich for toasting without even confirming if the order was complete. When we informed that our order was incomplete, she told her coworker that "She was silent, so I thought the order is done."
